Some Good News! We Are ISO 9001 Certified!

After long meetings, discussions, working day and night for it, our ISO 9001:2015 certification is finally here!

And it feels so good!

As a part of one of our goals for 2022, we wanted to take our quality management system to the next level with an international standard. With this certification we can optimize our systems further to enable us to be consistent in quality measures.

We had the perfect partner TÜV SÜD to get us through this entire procedure. They are a trusted certification body for providing the guidelines for such international standards.

After having ISO 27001 certification for almost 3+ years now, we truly believe that adding ISO 9001:2015 in our hat will only make things smoother with finest quality, in everything that we do.

One evening when our board members finally put the plan in motion, what followed from that day to the next few days was an evaluation process. Reshuffling, unlearning, and learning of a lot of things, adding processes, management system documentation, audits, assessment with no non-conformances!

Today when businesses are becoming more competitive, it is important to have the right kind of systems with highest quality for maximum efficiency and results. With ISO 9001, our clients get an assurance that we have clear defined, robust procedures in place.

This states that BiztechCS is built with quality, transparency, and secure systems. For us, it is not a process but rather a daily practice. Going ahead, we will keep optimizing our systems for better that exceed the needs and expectations of our clients which have a touch of validations with regulations and specifications.
